RETURN POLICY
A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returnable materials. Merchandise must be in original sealed and saleable condition and accompanied by original receipt within 30 days of original purchase. There are no returns on cabinets, clay or stone products, special orders, or clearance items. Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% to 25% fee. Please see your receipt for details.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY
A $25 feee will be assessed for all returned checks. Fraudulent cases will be immediately handed over to the Santa Clara County District Attorney for immediate prosecution. The returned check amount will be subject to the highest interest rate permissible by law.
PAYMENT POLICY
Materials will only be released when payment has cleared. If you pay by check or cashier's check, please allow 7-10 days for our payment to clear before you are able to pick up material.
